Part Time Human Resources Specialist

We are hiring a Temporary Part time Human Resources Specialist to join our team in Boxmeer for 16 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• You understand the dynamics of the production environment and you are able to set the right priorities and change your schedule on the fly if necessary
• You keep your back straight in discussions where short-term planning and long-term employee or company interests clash, and where employee performance needs attention or action
• You can show results in a complex environment. You can lead projects, but also as a project member you get on with it and deliver
• You like to investigate matters thoroughly, do not shy away from HR analytics and at the same time can switch quickly because you can combine your common sense with solid knowledge of employment law and change management, among other things
• You can assist your managers with strategic workforce planning issues in a tight labor market for technically skilled personnel
• In short: You are a business administrator who can link social issues to economic reality

Your profile:

• Completed HBO or WO education, preferably in Business Administration (specialization HRM) or Human Resources
• A minimum 3 years of work experience in a similar position
• Experience with both the operational and policy aspects of HRM
• Independent, pro-active and change-minded
• Able to advise and perform at various levels within the organization
• Excellent communication and social skills in both Dutch and English
