You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams—including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering—to translate data into actionable insights, optimize pricing models, and build scalable tools that support growth and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement data models to identify high-value leads and optimize lead-generation funnels.

- Build and maintain dynamic pricing models and conduct pricing sensitivity analysis to inform business decisions.
- Create, automate, and optimize workflows and reports using Python, SQL, and relevant tools.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define data needs, KPIs, and success metrics.
- Work with large datasets from multiple sources (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, web analytics).
- Design and maintain intuitive dashboards and reporting systems using Tableau, Power BI, or Python Dash/Plotly.
- Support A/B testing, experiment design, and performance measurement for lead-gen and sales campaigns.
- Build predictive or classification models where appropriate (e.g., lead scoring, churn prediction).
- Collaborate with data engineers (or perform data engineering tasks) to ensure data pipeline reliability and scalability.
- Clearly communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Data Scientist, Data Analyst.
- Strong Python programming skills, including key libraries such as pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, matplotlib/seaborn, etc.
- Solid SQL skills and experience working with relational databases.
- Experience in data analysis for lead generation, sales optimization, or pricing analytics.
- Experience with version control tools (e.g., Git) and collaborative codebases.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.
- Experience working with APIs or web scraping for lead or data acquisition is a plus.
- Comfortable working in cross-functional teams and communicating insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
