Human Resources Coordinator — On-site (United Arab Emirates)

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join an on-site HR team. This role focuses on core HR administration, recruitment support, employee lifecycle management and local labour compliance in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end HR administration: maintain personnel files, update HRIS records, process joiners/leavers and ensure documentation accuracy.
  • Support recruitment and onboarding: post vacancies, screen CVs, schedule interviews, conduct offer formalities and execute induction programs.
  • Act as primary HR point-of-contact for employees: resolve routine queries, log cases, escalate complex employee-relations issues to HR managers.
  • Assist payroll and attendance processes: collect timesheets, verify leave records, coordinate with payroll vendors and reconcile monthly data.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company HR policies: prepare compliance documentation and support audits and visa/work-permit administration.
  • Prepare HR reports and basic analytics: headcount, attrition, recruitment metrics and ad-hoc data requests to support HR decision-making.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field with 2+ years in an HR coordinator/administrator role.
  • Practical experience with HRIS platforms and strong data-entry accuracy; comfortable producing routine HR reports.
  • Working knowledge of UAE Labour Law, visa procedures and HR compliance requirements.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, confidentiality and excellent English communication (verbal & written).

Preferred

  • Experience supporting payroll processes and vendor coordination in the UAE market.
  • Arabic language skills and experience in a consulting or multi-client environment.
