Role Overview

We are seeking a UAE National HR Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations, ensure accurate management of employee data, and provide assistance across employee lifecycle activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update HR data and employee records in HR systems.
  • Respond to employee queries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Support the onboarding and induction process for new joiners.
  • Assist in preparing HR-related documentation, reports, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth HR operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
  • UAE National (mandatory).
