We are hiring for an EdTech client based out of Abu Dhabi.
We are looking for candidates who are well-versed in the Arabic language and eager to contribute to a growing education technology company that is transforming learning experiences.
Key responsibilities
●Program Management: Take full ownership over an upskilling / training program we are running with one of our clients
●Trainee Management: Ensure all registered trainees receive pre-training communication, show up on time, and remain engaged throughout the program.
●LMS & Platform Access: Provide trainees with access to our Learning Management System (LMS) and other necessary tools before training begins.
●Issue Resolution: Act as the first point of contact for any logistical or technical issues during training, troubleshooting problems to ensure minimal disruption.
●Training Execution Support: Work closely with instructors, facilitators, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of both online and offline training sessions.
●Feedback & Reporting: Gather trainee feedback, monitor attendance and engagement, and provide reports to improve future training experiences.
