What You’ll Do
  • Build and maintain scalable distributed systems, including backend services, integrations, and data pipelines.
  • Work with both Ruby on Rails and modern Node.js / Nest.js microservices.
  • Develop and maintain APIs for internal services (gRPC) and external clients (REST, GraphQL, JSON:API).
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to design and deliver impactful solutions.
  • Apply advanced software patterns and best practices to ensure performance, reliability, and data integrity.
  • Contribute to technical discussions, architecture decisions, and innovation across the platform.
What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a backend developer.
  • Strong experience with Ruby on Rails or Node.js / Nest.js.
  • Solid background in SQL databases (PostgreSQL preferred) and data modeling.
  • Hands-on experience building robust, scalable backend systems.
  • Familiarity with gRPC and API integrations.
  • English Speaking role.


Nice-to-have:

  • Exposure to Golang.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms or workforce management systems.
  • Knowledge of workflow orchestration tools (e.g., Temporal).
  • Experience with microservices migration.
  • Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and monitoring tools.
