About You
We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team full-time with a hybrid work arrangement. The Product Manager will be responsible for owning and managing the product backlog, ensuring it reflects business priorities and technical feasibility. You will collaborate closely with Project Managers, Tech Leads, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital products across CMS, e-Commerce, and custom platforms.
To succeed in this role, you must be detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable balancing business goals with technical realities. You should have strong communication skills, experience working with Agile teams, and the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring items are clear, prioritized, and aligned with strategic goals
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with Tech Leads and developers to define solutions that balance user needs, business value, and technical feasibility
- Work with Project Managers to align backlog priorities with delivery timelines and resourcing
- Facilitate backlog grooming, sprint planning, and ensure readiness of backlog items for development
- Define and communicate product roadmaps to provide visibility across teams and stakeholders
- Use data and feedback to evaluate product performance and refine backlog priorities.
- Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring product decisions enhance usability, scalability, and value delivery
Job Requirements
Essential:
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Proven ability to manage and prioritize product backlogs
- Experience writing user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria
- Familiarity with CMS and e-Commerce platforms (WordPress, Drupal, Shopify, HubSpot)
- Proficiency with backlog management tools (Jira, Confluence, or similar)
- Strong collaboration skills with developers, designers, and business stakeholders.
Preferred:
- Experience with cloud-based platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Exposure to AI/ML-driven products or personalization systems
- Familiarity with analytics tools for data-driven decision making
- Prior experience in a digital agency or software development environment
