At Interact Health PRO (IHP), we are committed to helping individuals suffering from Acute & Chronic Pain reclaim their quality of life. Through Virtual Care Programs, Personal Injury & Concussion (mTBI) solutions, and AI-powered technologies, we empower patients to track their recovery, access resources, and stay engaged with their treatment plans.

We are actively developing and deploying a suite of health and wellness tracking applications. Two apps—our UI/UX Designs Personal Injury App and Concussion Management App—have already been completed and will serve as inspiration for new designs, ensuring brand consistency and flow across the platform.

As a UI/UX Designer Intern, you will focus specifically on the Weight Management App and the Golf Performance Optimization App. These projects will combine design inspiration from previous apps while challenging you to create fresh, intuitive, and engaging user experiences tailored to their unique audiences.

Role Overview

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer +AI to create engaging, user-friendly, and visually appealing interfaces for our mobile and web applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform complex requirements into intuitive user experiences, ensuring design consistency while allowing each app to maintain its unique identity.

Key Responsibilities

• Research & User Analysis: Leverage both traditional methods and AI-powered research tools to understand user needs, industry benchmarks, and app objectives.
• Wireframing & Prototyping: Use Figma (with AI features) and other AI-assisted platforms to quickly create low- and high-fidelity prototypes, ensuring efficiency and feasibility for developers.
• UI Design: Design intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces with support from AI-driven design suggestions that accelerate creative iteration without sacrificing originality.
• Interaction Design: Apply AI-based testing for smooth transitions, animations, and micro-interactions to enhance engagement.
• User Testing & Iteration: Conduct usability testing with real users, while also utilizing AI analytics to gather deeper behavioral insights and speed up improvements.
• Developer Collaboration: Partner with developers, using AI-assisted validation tools to confirm designs are practical, scalable, and aligned with technical requirements.
• Design Consistency: Ensure consistency across all applications while allowing unique identities, with AI supporting brand alignment and cross-platform optimization.
• AI-First Design Mindset: Stay open to using AI in every step of the design process—from ideation to deployment—recognizing that modern companies value designers who can combine creativity with AI-driven efficiency to deliver faster, feasible, and scalable results.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile designs.
• Proficiency in Figma (or similar tools) for wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity design.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React Native) is a plus.
• Experience designing for both iOS and Android platforms.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaborative workflows.
• Basic understanding of motion design and micro-interactions.

• Be prepared for design reviews and usability test feedback loops.
• Commit to a professional standard of communication in all meetings and documentation.

Interview Process

4. Final Interview – Meet with project managers and team leads to confirm fit.
