- Pay Rate: $60-$80/hour
- Shift/Hours: Monday to Friday — Core Business Hours
As an Agile Coach, you will be a key driver of agile transformation initiatives for a major financial institution. Leveraging your expertise in Agile frameworks and industry best practices, you’ll provide hands-on coaching to teams, Scrum Masters, and business leaders. Your mission will be to guide scaled delivery teams through the agile journey, ensuring successful adoption, conflict resolution, and delivery excellence across a large infrastructure-focused project.Key Responsibilities:
- Coach Release Train Engineers (RTEs) and Product Group Owners (PGOs)
- Facilitate agile ceremonies using a scaled framework
- Guide teams through Agile transformation with hands-on coaching and strategic planning
- Develop and execute individualized coaching plans
- Help teams identify and address delivery challenges via process or service enhancements
- Support mobilization efforts such as roadmap development and functional decomposition
- Influence the continuous improvement of Agile practices and industry standards
- Utilize Jira and Confluence for agile team collaboration and delivery tracking
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive agile environment
- 7+ years as an Agile Coach or Specialist in enterprise environments
- Prior experience with Financial Institutions and Infrastructure projects
- Leadership in Agile transformation programs
- CICD environment familiarity
- Proven delivery against strategic initiatives
- Experience working in non-scaled agile environments
- Background in finance and CICD
- Exposure to Agile frameworks such as SAFe
- Agile coaching expertise
- Transformation leadership
- Infrastructure domain experience
- SAFe certification (SPC)
- Experience with scaled frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS)
- CICD tools and practices
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Strategic thinking and stakeholder management
- Coaching RTEs and PGOs
- Functional decomposition
- Forecasting and product management guidance
- Story mapping
- Conflict resolution
- Adaptability and flexibility
