Job Description

The role will be pivotal in supporting the Human Resource (HR) function in driving and executing key projects and initiatives that advance the HR agenda and organizational goals. While overseeing selected HR operational responsibilities, the primary value of this role lies in managing and delivering HR projects that enhance processes, employee experience, and business outcomes.


Key Responsibilities


Project & Initiative Execution

  • Assist to plan, implement, and track HR projects and strategic initiatives.
  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure smooth execution of HR programs and initiatives.
  • Monitor progress, provide status updates, and recommend improvements for ongoing and future projects.
  • Conduct research, benchmarking, and data analysis to support decision-making and ensure projects are aligned with best practices.


HR Operations

  • Oversee and manage day-to-day HR operational activities, including employee lifecycle processes, HR documentation, and compliance requirements.
  • Support HR policy administration and ensure consistency with organizational standards.
  • Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR-related matters, escalating complex cases when needed.
  • Ensure timely and accurate HR reporting where required.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience in change management, and/or business administration.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to balance strategic project execution with hands-on operational responsibilities.
