Accountabilities
As a Junior Data Analyst, you will:
- Develop, update, and maintain documentation, policies, and procedures related to analytical products, metrics, and reporting packages
- Map and document security controls and process flows for research and analysis purposes
- Organize and maintain a metrics and reporting inventory to support strategic initiatives
- Perform ad-hoc analyses that provide insights for decision-making and strategy development
- Support automation maturity efforts and assist in researching security platform systems and processes
- Collaborate with the team to meet goals and deliver high-quality outputs on schedule
- Facilitate meetings and communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
The ideal candidate will have:
- High School diploma/GED with two years of administrative support experience, or equivalent education/experience
- Basic experience with programming languages such as Python, R Studio, or SQL
- Familiarity working with structured and unstructured data sources
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to explain analyses, project risks, and technical concepts clearly
- Highly motivated with strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively across business and technical teams
- Openness to learning, creative problem-solving, and contributing to cybersecurity-related activities
