- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews/demos, and backlog grooming sessions.
- Serve as a leader and coach to the development team, product owner, and Navy stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve team impediments to support sprint goals and delivery schedules.
- Ensure Agile/Scrum principles and practices are adhered to, while tailoring processes to the Navy's unique mission and compliance environment.
- Track team progress using agile tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps), generate reports and metrics for program management and customer visibility.
- Communicate effectively with program managers, contracting officers, and cybersecurity stakeholders.
- Contribute to continuous process improvement and Agile development across the team and organization. Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Management, or related discipline plus 3 years of directly related experience preferably in a DoD environment.
- Experience providing support in agile development using methodologies based on development, requirements, and solutions.
- Experience supporting the software development lifecycle for DoD or government projects.
- Strong communication, coaching, and facilitation skills.
- Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
