Product Manager: 6-month contract - Oman-based - Urgent Start

We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital products within large-scale transformation programmes. You will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring business goals and customer needs are at the centre of delivery, and drive value through iterative product development.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align business goals and customer needs.
• Use market research, customer insights, and journey mapping to shape product propositions.
• Translate vision into prioritised features and measurable outcomes.
• Lead workshops to identify opportunities, pain points, and solutions.
• Apply Agile/Lean practices to deliver in short, value-driven increments.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, architects, and product owners to ensure alignment.
• Build strong client relationships and influence stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide product analysts to enhance product delivery.

Skills & Experience

• Strong background in Agile, Lean, and continuous delivery.
• Proven experience managing digital products end-to-end (ideation to launch).
• Skilled in roadmap development, PI planning, and feature prioritisation.
• Ability to analyse financials, ROI, KPIs, and leverage data-driven decisions.
• Confident working with senior stakeholders and diverse teams.
• Strong workshop facilitation and change leadership skills.
• Knowledge of industry best practices and market trends.

Certifications Required

• SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager certification.
• Agile Product Management certification.
