We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Specialist to support and professionalize WLDM’s people operations. This role will be central to improving how we hire, onboard, develop, and support our fully remote, international team.
The Role
About The Role
You’ll work closely with COO & CEO. and as part of a dedicated HR team, which includes experienced recruiters and an HR assistant. Together, you’ll build processes that bring clarity, structure, and accountability to our people operations.
This is a part-time role (15–20 hours/week) with flexibility, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-trust environment and wants to make a meaningful impact with autonomy while collaborating with a strong team.
What You’ll Do / Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Hiring – Collaborate with recruiters to post job ads, screen applications, coordinate interviews, and support hiring managers with scheduling and documentation.
- Onboarding & Offboarding – Ensure smooth integration for new hires, manage documentation and access, and run thoughtful, compliant offboarding processes.
- HR Administration & Compliance – Maintain digital personnel records, assist with contracts and policy rollouts, and coordinate compliance checks across jurisdictions (with legal support).
- Employee Support – Act as a point of contact for day-to-day HR questions, monitor team health, and escalate challenges to leadership when necessary.
- Performance & Development – Support the rollout of performance reviews, track professional development, and maintain training/feedback processes
Required
- Based in EE, with excellent written English.
- 2–4 years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Admin role (agency or startup environment preferred).
- Strong organizational and process-driven mindset; capable of managing multiple workflows.
- Proficiency with tools such as Google Workspace, ClickUp, Notion, and Airtable.
- Self-directed, tactful, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a distributed HR team.
- Experience with international or distributed teams.
- Familiarity with remote HR platforms (e.g., Deel, Workable, Remote.com).
- Prior experience mentoring or supporting HR/admin team members.
- Flexible hours and a fully remote-first work culture.
