As a Analyst in our SuccessFactors Team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -


As a practitioner, within the Human Resource Transformation, the Individual will be responsible to implement the system in a global setup and will help configure, implement, and provide production/warranty support.

Desired qualifications

  1. User Personas and Journey Mapping:
  • Develop user personas representing different user types and their characteristics.
  • Create user journey maps to visualize the user experience across various touchpoints.
  1. Wireframing and Prototyping:
  • Develop wireframes and low-fidelity prototypes to outline the structure and layout of digital interfaces.
  • Iterate on designs based on feedback and usability testing.
  1. Visual Design:
  • Create visually appealing and cohesive designs for user interfaces.
  • Define color schemes, typography, and iconography to enhance the overall aesthetics.
  1. Information Architecture:
  • Organize and structure content to ensure a logical and intuitive user experience.
  • Design navigation systems that are user-friendly and efficient.
  1. Interaction Design:
  • Design and refine interactive elements, including buttons, forms, and other UI components.
  • Ensure a smooth and intuitive flow of user interactions.
  1. Usability Testing:
  • Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to evaluate the effectiveness of designs.
  • Analyze feedback and make iterative improvements based on user testing results.
  1. Accessibility:
  • Ensure designs comply with accessibility standards to make digital products inclusive for users with disabilities.
  • Conduct accessibility audits and implement improvements.


  1. Collaboration with Development Teams:
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure the feasibility and proper implementation of design concepts.
  • Provide design assets and specifications for development.
  1. Client and Stakeholder Communication:
  • Communicate design concepts and decisions to clients and project stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design with business goals.
  1. Design Documentation:
  • Create detailed design documentation, including style guides, design systems, and component libraries.
  • Ensure consistency in design across different sections of a product.
  1. Rapid Prototyping:
  • Use prototyping tools to quickly demonstrate and validate design concepts.
  • Gather early feedback to inform design decisions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Proven experience 2 to 3 years as a UI/UX designer, interaction designer, or similar role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UI/UX design projects, with an emphasis on user-centered design principles and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar software.
  • Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and their impact on UI/UX design is a plus.


Location and way of working

  • Base location: Delhi (5 days work from office)
