We are supporting a leading global financial institution as it undertakes a strategic divestiture programme aimed at simplifying operations and refocusing on core markets.

This initiative involves the separation of specific business units and the establishment of transitional service agreements to ensure continuity and operational resilience. As part of this programme, we are seeking a Scrum Master to help coordinate and manage a dedicated delivery POD, ensuring alignment across stakeholders and facilitating all core Agile ceremonies to drive successful outcomes.

What You’ll Do

• Lead a delivery POD focused on strategic outcomes.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Remove blockers and drive delivery against sprint goals.
• Communicate clearly across stakeholders and programme teams.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments, with a banking or financial services environment
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) preferred.
• Strong Jira and Agile tooling knowledge.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and change in divestiture contexts
