he Principal Consultant is expected to become quickly accustomed to and follow our industry leading, repeatable project methodology, leveraging appropriate tools & templates, proactively participating in status meetings, providing project updates, chairing critical issue discussions etc. In addition, the Principal Consultant will be expected to attend ad hoc project meetings, lead scheduled design workshops/discussions, prepare and deliver executive summary presentations, attend project closure meetings, including providing key input to lessons learned sessions. The Principal Consultant will also be expected to complete all administration, reports and training on time and as directed. The Principal Consultant should also stay abreast of the latest marketing trends or chief concerns in their profession and participate in National Practice operations, process improvement and training calls, taking accountability for their own professional development and career growth, as well as sharing knowledge with others.
