Federal Government | Initial 12-month contract | Sydney, Brisbane or Canberra
We are seeking an EL1 Product Manager, Healthcare Information Provider Service (HIPS), to work for a federal government agency on an initial 12-month contract.
In this role you will work closely with key stakeholders across the digital health landscape and government to ensure awareness and uptake of digital health and will oversee the development and delivery of contracts and activities between this Agency and specific stakeholders. You will be responsible for developing, driving and implementing the product strategy and roadmap for the Agency’s Interoperability Products Platform.
You will work with dedicated teams to ensure the product meets the interoperability needs of the Australian healthcare sectors. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining sustainable relationships with the developers, software vendors and other stakeholders across the Agency, public and private healthcare sectors. Your relationships with key stakeholders will be critical in the delivery of the interoperability needs of the Australian healthcare sector.
Required knowledge / qualifications
- Knowledge and experience of applications development methodologies and the software development lifecycle
- Strong stakeholder management skills, proven ability to establish relationships and lead discussions with various partners and executives
- Certification in Product Management
- Health and government project experience
- Experience in Information Technology, primarily in systems development and maintenance, coupled with tertiary qualifications in Computer Science or a related discipline
