AU $120,000 – 140,000 + super


About the Role


We’re looking for a Service & Experience Designer to co-design digital and AI solutions live with clients. You’ll capture complex challenges in workshops, map customer journeys, and translate them into wireframes, prototypes, and proof-of-concepts (PoCs).


This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you’ll work directly with executives, frontline staff, and our consulting team to create clarity and impact in every engagement.


What You’ll Do


  • Lead co-design workshops and journey mapping with clients
  • Capture solution ideas visually and translate them into wireframes and prototypes in Figma
  • Add light UI polish to make concepts engaging and usable
  • Structure designs so they can be built into Microsoft PoCs
  • Collaborate with facilitators, consultants, and developers
  • Contribute to reusable templates and design toolkits


What We’re Looking For


  • 5–10+ years in service design and/or UX design
  • Confident running live workshops and whiteboarding sessions
  • Strong Figma skills (flows, wireframes, prototypes)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Azure AI
  • Excellent storytelling and communication skills with executives + frontline
