Are you a creative UX/UI Designer who can bring a brand’s story to life across pixels and platforms—and ensure every design drives measurable results? We’re looking for a UX/UI Designer to join our full-service growth marketing agency and lead high-impact digital design initiatives.

In this role, you’ll combine strategic thinking with hands-on design, shaping everything from mobile-first user experiences to conversion-focused interfaces and meaningful brand systems. Reporting directly to the Creative Director, you’ll play a key role in elevating our creative standards and translating design excellence into business impact.

What You’ll Do

• Lead projects end-to-end, from creative brief through execution.
• Deliver pixel-perfect, high-quality design across brand systems, websites, landing pages, social media, and digital campaigns.
• Apply UX/UI best practices to design engaging, conversion-focused experiences.
• Develop creative concepts and visual stories across web, mobile, social, and video.
• Build scalable design systems and component libraries for efficiency and consistency.
• Collaborate with marketers, strategists, developers, and project managers to meet KPIs.
• Present creative ideas and solutions confidently in client meetings.
• Mentor and inspire junior designers and freelance talent.

• What You’ll Bring
• 6+ years of design experience (agency background strongly preferred).
• A strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI, branding, digital campaigns, and motion design.
• Deep understanding of conversion-centered design (CRO, funnels, A/B testing).
• Mastery of design tools: Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and animation tools (After Effects, Lottie, etc.).
• Strong attention to typography, layout, and detail with pixel-perfect execution.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain design decisions to clients and stakeholders.
• Experience mentoring designers or contributing to creative leadership.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment, managing multiple priorities.
• Availability to work US business hours (Central or Eastern time zones preferred).
