REALMS is looking for an AI/ML Engineer!

In this role, you'll be at the forefront of developing innovative artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions that drive real-world impact for our clients. As an AI/ML Engineer at Valere, you will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying cutting-edge models and systems, collaborating closely with our data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to turn complex challenges into intelligent solutions.

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI-powered applications.
• Work with large datasets to build, train, and evaluate high-performance models.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to define project scope and deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Implement robust MLOps practices for model versioning, deployment, and monitoring.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in Python.
• Optimize model performance, scalability, and efficiency.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in AI/ML research and technology.

• Proven experience as an AI/ML Engineer or in a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with key AI/ML libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning concepts, and statistical modeling.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with MLOps tools and practices (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow).
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for data-driven innovation.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
