🌐 Project / Jr Program Manager – Major Transformation Initiative (Brussels)

As a Project / Program Manager, you will execute and orchestrate high-priority programs that align with the strategic goals of our client’s transformation journey. This role focuses on complex change programs in the financial services sector. You will be part of a change & transformation environment, working closely with experts and consultants on assignments that are strategically most relevant.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage programs and projects throughout all phases of the life cycle: initiation, delivery, and closure.
• Set up and run proper program governance and define a clear roadmap with milestones.
• Continuously monitor and drive delivery of change, ensuring objectives are met.
• Report on progress within agreed timelines, ensure quality assurance, manage impediments, and monitor dependencies and the critical path.
• Ensure that outcomes are embedded into business-as-usual operations.
• Actively share lessons learned to contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

How to succeed

We are looking for someone who is eager to take ownership of complex change, build strong stakeholder relationships, and drive results. You bring a consultancy mindset: hands-on, communicative, flexible, and structured.

What we expect

✔️ 3–7 years of experience as Project Manager or Program Manager in financial services / banking.

✔️ A strong understanding of finance, processes, and regulatory requirements.

✔️ Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder programs.

✔️ Excellent communication and leadership skills.

✔️ Language: English (French or Dutch is an asset).

✔️ Based in Brussels, with flexible work arrangements.
