We invite a skilled Technical Project Manager to join our team and contribute to an exciting project transforming payment management across the European automotive industry. You'll apply your technical and project management expertise to maintain and optimize our digital payments platform, supporting the team in improving its stability, performance, and efficiency.
This is a full-time, fully remote position (40 hours/week) with the availability to travel across Europe.

In this role, you'll coordinate technical projects and collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality backend applications.
- Coordinate development tasks and help prioritize technical requirements
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to developers for informed decision-making
- Work with Product Owners, developers, and stakeholders to deliver effective solutions
- Mentor and coach team members to support their growth
- Facilitate the design and presentation of technical interfaces to clients
- Oversee Linux system setup and partner system integration work led by technical teams
- Support teams and clients with system setup
- Guide the creation and improvement of internal tools that support business processes
- Monitor the health of the system landscape and coordinate teams in addressing issues
- Collaborate with other departments to define and implement new processes
- Promote code quality through best practices, reviews, and modern development methods
