This is a full-time on-site role for a Development Project Manager located in Tallinn. The Development Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of real estate development projects, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. Day-to-day tasks include managing project timelines, coordinating with architects and construction teams, conducting inspections, and expediting logistics and materials. The Development Project Manager will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards.
- Project Management and Expediting skills
- Experience in Inspection and Logistics Management
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders, including architects, construction teams, and investors
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the real estate development industry is a plus
