Previously experts in mobile games, we’ve shifted our focus to consumer apps, where we acquire, publish, and scale innovative apps to reach the top charts.


Job Description


  • Team management: lead the developers team, team's growth and the delivery.
  • Ownership of your scope: monitor analytics, crashes, and performance; ensure quality, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Technical leadership across apps: act as the go-to reference for our iOS, backend (and optionally Android) stack, integration (adjust, amplitude, adapy, firebase etc)
  • Event integration: design and integration of normalized set of events as efficience as possible
  • A/B Testing & Growth: design, monitor, and analyze experiments to improve conversion, retention, and revenue.
  • Roadmap & Ideation: actively contribute to roadmap creation, identifying the right tradeoffs and bringing ideas from both a product and engineering perspective.
  • Platform Development: contribute to the creation and improvement of shared components and abstractions (navigation, deeplinks, performance tracing, internal tooling, reusable libraries) to increase the velocity and quality of the entire dev team.
  • Knowledge Sharing: stay up to date with best practices and trends, attend conferences, participate in communities, and share your learnings internally.
  • AI & Automation: explore and implement AI-driven workflows and automation to improve efficiency and product value.
  • Long-term vision: structure Quiet’s technical strategy

Mobile

  • iOS (Swift, Fastlane)
  • Firebase (Auth, Remote Config, A/B Testing, Crashlytics)
  • (Android / Kotlin is a strong plus, but not mandatory)


Backend & Infra (TBD)

  • Node.js, Python, Supabase, GCP

  • Data & Growth

    • Amplitude (expert-level required)
    • Adapty (in-app monetization)
    • Adjust (attribution & UA)


    Tooling & Monitoring (TBD)

    • GitHub Actions, Sentry, Datadog


    Requirements, Skills, and Soft Skills


    • 5+ years of experience in native mobile development (Swift mandatory, Kotlin Foundation).
    • Strong foundations in system-level concepts (memory, performance, multithreading, architecture).
    • Very comfortable with Amplitude and data/growth tooling.
    • Hands-on experience running A/B tests and data-driven optimization.
    • Expert of mobile integration challenges (Adjust, Adapty, Firebase, Stores, Amplitude etc).
    • Natural leadership: you’ve mentored or challenged devs before and are ready to step up.
    • Strong interest in AI and automation, ideally with real examples of improving workflows through them.
    • Professional English (our apps are international).
