- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary, talented team to create world-class products for our customers in a demanding B2B market.
- Work closely with stakeholders from Design, Engineering, QA, and Marketing, and communicate effectively across functions.
- Develop a deep understanding of our market, users, technology, and business model to help validate opportunities and identify real user problems.
- Identify customer pain points through customer interactions, user research, and workshops.
- Incorporate data, research, feedback, and market insights to define requirements, write user stories, and create clear acceptance criteria.
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success to conduct research and ensure a smooth product rollout and ongoing operations.
- Help plan, coordinate, and deliver product features on time and within resource constraints.
- Prepare internal and external product documentation, release notes, and onboarding materials.
- Leverage AI tools, including Generative AI, to accelerate research, improve documentation, and support ideation or user communication tasks.
- Genuine interest in product management, SaaS products, and solving customer problems.
- Ability to think strategically and creatively, beyond existing solutions or business models.
- Experience (or strong interest) in using analytics, user research, product discovery methods, and prioritization frameworks to support product development.
- A team player who builds strong cross-functional relationships and involves stakeholders from all levels and departments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence technology, design, and business teams.
- Educational background in business, computer science, engineering, or similar field.
- Strong interest in working with AI-powered tools (e.g. Generative AI) to enhance productivity, creativity, and decision-making in product development.
- Excellent communication in English, German is a plus
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, or analytics platforms (e.g. Mixpanel, Matomo, GA4)
- Understanding of B2B sales cycles and customer success dynamics
