What you can expect from us:
- Design and further development of user interfaces for our software solutions (B2B, B2C)
- Development of intuitive and appealing UI designs, including interactive input forms and table designs
- Creation of wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize design ideas
- Collaboration with product managers, developers, and UX designers to implement design concepts
- Optimization of usability and interaction designs
- Creation and maintenance of design systems, interactive components, and style guides in Figma
- Completed degree or training in UX design, media informatics, interaction design, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in UX/UI design and UX research ideally with a focus on software products
- Fluent in common design tools such as Figma
- Solid knowledge of design systems, typography, and color theory
- Understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is an advantage
- Creativity, a good sense of aesthetics, and a structured and independent working style
- Strong communication skills and team spirit
- Navigate unclear, fast-changing contexts with quick exploration/prototypes/validates multiple directions
- Experienced with designing customer-facing AI interactions, creates service blueprints and covers edge cases
- Fluent with English; German skills desirable
