Senior Java Developer – 12 Month Contract, Hybrid, Dublin

What’s Involved

• Designing and building applications using Java, Spring Boot, React, and Microservices.
• Working with cloud-native environments (PCF or similar).
• Creating APIs and middleware that connect front-end and backend systems.
• Collaborating with analysts, testers, and engineers in an Agile/BDD environment.
• Handling large-scale, high-transaction systems with performance and reliability in mind.

What’s Needed

• Strong experience with Java/J2EE and the Spring Framework.
• Hands-on skills in front-end technologies (React, Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS, HTML).
• Knowledge of SQL and modern data storage (Hadoop, Snowflake, MongoDB).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Sonar) and modern architectural patterns.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.

What’s on offer:

• €450 - €500 per day
• 2 days on site per week
