Astrobet is an ambitious start-up building a next-generation crypto casino platform that blends blockchain technology with innovative gameplay. Our goal is to deliver a secure, scalable, and engaging experience for players worldwide, starting with our proprietary crash game, BirdBet. Backed by founders with strong industry knowledge and vision, we are now looking for a Technical Project Manager / CTO to take ownership of our technology execution and long-term product direction.

Role Description

This is a hybrid position that combines strategic project leadership with strong technical expertise. You will be the key link between the business vision and technical execution, ensuring the timely delivery, stability, and scalability of the Astrobet platform and our games.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in iGaming, crypto, or fintech, with the ability to manage both day-to-day technical operations and long-term product innovation.

• Lead the end-to-end development and launch of the Astrobet crypto casino platform and BirdBet game.
• Translate the founders’ vision into clear technical specifications and deliverables.
• Oversee technical roadmaps, sprint planning, and delivery milestones.
• Define and supervise platform architecture in collaboration with developers.
• Coordinate QA processes, testing, and debugging to ensure platform stability.
• Manage and integrate 3rd party providers (payments, KYC/AML, RNGs, game providers, hosting).
• Ensure key aspects of security, compliance, and reliability are handled appropriately.
• Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring smooth go-lives and continuous improvements.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to the founders for strategic decisions.

Hard Skills

• Proven background as a Senior Developer / Software Architect with project management experience.
• Direct experience in iGaming / online casino (platforms, games, payments).
• Strong knowledge of crypto, blockchain, or fintech (wallets, smart contracts, transaction security).
• Solid understanding of backend systems and high-traffic infrastructures.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana).
• Basic knowledge of DevOps and cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) to coordinate specialists.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
