About the role:

As a Senior UI Motion Designer, you will be responsible for creating rich, engaging game animations that bring the live casino experience to life. This includes everything from micro-interactions on buttons, immersive betting flows, and celebratory win effects to dynamic transitions that enhance the gameplay experience. You will play a key role in shaping the look and feel of motion across our products, building scalable systems that ensure consistency, performance, and delight. Beyond crafting individual animations, you will define reusable patterns, component libraries, and global motion principles that scale across multiple games and platforms. You’ll collaborate closely with product designers, developers, and game teams to ensure animations not only look stunning but integrate seamlessly at the browser level.

Responsibilities:

  • Create high-quality UI animations, including transitions, button interactions, gameplay flows, and celebratory effects/special effects.
  • Work with Figma and After Effects to design and deliver motions for game interfaces and objects.
  • Develop scalable animation systems: global timings, motion libraries, easing curves, and reusable interaction patterns between our games.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure animations align with gameplay and technical requirements (browser friendly).
  • Optimize animations for performance and responsiveness across platforms.
  • Prepare assets and specifications to ensure a smooth developer handoff and front-end integration.
  • Advocate for best practices in motion design and help build a motion design culture within the team.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a UI Motion Designer or in a similar role, ideally within gaming, interactive media, or product design.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe After Effects (outstanding skills).
  • Solid understanding of web performance principles and animation optimization at the browser level.
  • Familiarity with CSS animations, JavaScript, React Framework, and libraries such as Framer/Greensock (GSAP) or WebGL.
  • Experience working with design systems and contributing to scalable, reusable visual frameworks.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Professional proficiency in spoken and written English (fluency is required, as the company is international and daily communication in English with colleagues is essential).
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating functional UI animations in real product contexts.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in live casino, gaming, or entertainment industries.
  • Knowledge of 3D animation principles and tools.
  • Basic understanding of front-end development workflows.

Portfolio requirement:

  • Please note: We will only contact candidates who have provided their design project portfolio. Ensure you include a link or attachment showcasing your relevant UI animations work with your application.

What we will give you in return:

  • Monthly salary from 3420 EUR to 3900 EUR gross/per month.
  • Health insurance starts on the first day of employment.
  • Company-paid parking is available at the office when needed.
  • Hybrid work model: 4 days in the office and 1 day from home.
  • Tremendous growth opportunities in a fast-moving global company.
  • Truly international environment, collaborating with colleagues worldwide.
