Vessel Description.
Newly built Container Vessel flying Danish Flag.
Job Description
- Responsible for proper operation and maintenance of Engine Room and other machinery equipment.
- Holder of valid COC (STCW Reg III/2) with verification.
- Holder of valid STCW certifications required for the position.
- Experience in repairs and dry docking is required
- Experience with multicultural working environment.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Effective English communication
- Safety culture and mindset.
- Management Skills
- Problems solving
- Machine Repair and Maintenance
- Ability to disassemble and assemble various engines and equipment;
- Routine maintenance
- Spares and Inventory
- Jobs distribution in the Engine Room
- Safety of Personnel in the engine room;
- Minimum Experience in Rank 4 months with Engine type (2 strokes of output 14000 kw and above)
- Experience on Electronic engines MAN&BW 7S60ME-C-10,5 HPSCR) is preferred
- Trading Area: Worldwide
- Contract Duration [4 months +/- 1 months]
- Contract Benefit: competitive salary
