Job Description
- Support in the development, installation, debugging, and release of test programs and equipment for electronic products manufactured in the location.
- Create, modify, correct, and maintain electrical wiring diagrams.
- Follow procedures on equipment procurement and implementation of engineering changes.
- Ensure a detailed and realistic plan is provided according to the project schedule and in-time delivery of committed deliverables.
- Report the project status on timing, quality, and risk to the Team Leader/or Group Leader/and IE manager.
- Ensures Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) are achieved.
- Ensure equipment is well-maintained by releasing and improving manufacturing/maintenance instructions.
- Provide troubleshooting service to manufacturing on products and test equipment if support is needed.
- Strictly follow the escalation management procedure.
- Perform training for maintenance technicians/operators if necessary.
- Strictly follow safety rules and standards while installing, debugging, and servicing production equipment.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (industrial, mechanical, electrical) or other related field.
- 1 to 3 years of working experience in the field of testing in a manufacturing setting.
- Customer Oriented.
- Knowledge in QMS / BPM, Quality in Launch, Quality Orientation, and Quality tools.
- Technical realization of production equipment, Process Capability, and Process documentation.
- Knowledge in Prototype build.
- Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing.
- Has a good attitude towards networking & collaboration.
- Knowledge in Electronics and Electrical.
- Knowledge in programming, preferably (C/C++/C#).
- Has good soldering & assembly skills.
- Good command of English: speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
- Self-driven & with strong commitment and ownership.
- Able to work on a shift schedule, including night shift.
