Key Responsibilities:

• Be a part of marketing team, collaborate with co-workers to create engaging static, gif graphics for digital and print media.
• Design visually compelling materials that align with our brand identity and best practices.
• Develop and maintain brand consistency across all projects and platforms.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
• Bring fresh, creative ideas to the table to enhance our brand and communication.
• Assist in the creation of UI/UX designs for our website and digital products.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools.
• Supervise competitors in Lithuania and abroad for updates and ideas.
• Work closely with our branches in Latvia, Ireland, and the Czech Republic to support their local marketing efforts and ensure brand alignment.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years proven experience as a Graphic Designer.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After effects) and Canva.
• Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques, combined with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong passion for digital advertising and social media, with the ability to create visually engaging content tailored for different platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles is a plus.
• Communication skills and strong problem solving, ability to gather the information you need to get the job done, are proactive, bring your own ideas and be flexible in finding the best solution.
