Our team of industry executives and specialists is something that makes us extremely proud and self-confident. We are strengthening our team and looking for Crew HR Specialist to join Heston Airlines.
THE CREW HR SPECIALIST WILL:
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations related to crew recruitment, onboarding, contract administration, and offboarding;
- Administer psychological assessments for applicants;
- Proactively connect with potential candidates through social media and professional networks, e.g., LinkedIn;
- Coordinate contract changes and ensure timely, clear communication between all involved parties;
- Maintain and regularly update internal databases with crew information and digital personnel records;
- Continuously improve the candidate experience and enhance the company’s recruitment process;
- Participate in various recruitment initiatives as well as other HR-related projects.
YOU ARE WELCOME TO APPLY IF YOU:
- Have a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology;
- Have at least one year of HR experience;
- Are fluent in English and Lithuanian, both written and spoken;
- Possess excellent communication skills, including the ability to listen actively and express ideas clearly and effectively;
- Have strong attention to detail;
- Are confident using computer systems and office software.
