Heston Airlines is a European carrier headquartered in Vilnius, Lithuania. Our team of industry executives and specialists is something that makes us extremely proud and self-confident. We are strengthening our team and looking for Crew HR Specialist to join Heston Airlines.

THE CREW HR SPECIALIST WILL:

  • Oversee day-to-day HR operations related to crew recruitment, onboarding, contract administration, and offboarding;
  • Administer psychological assessments for applicants;
  • Proactively connect with potential candidates through social media and professional networks, e.g., LinkedIn;
  • Coordinate contract changes and ensure timely, clear communication between all involved parties;
  • Maintain and regularly update internal databases with crew information and digital personnel records;
  • Continuously improve the candidate experience and enhance the company’s recruitment process;
  • Participate in various recruitment initiatives as well as other HR-related projects.

 

YOU ARE WELCOME TO APPLY IF YOU:

  • Have a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology;
  • Have at least one year of HR experience;
  • Are fluent in English and Lithuanian, both written and spoken;
  • Possess excellent communication skills, including the ability to listen actively and express ideas clearly and effectively;
  • Have strong attention to detail;
  • Are confident using computer systems and office software.
