DATA ANALYST (Group level position)

In this position You will be responsible for:

• Technologies: Microsoft Fabric platform and Power BI.
• Requirement Collection: Gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to present key performance indicators (KPIs) and insights.
• Data Quality: implement strategies for maintaining data quality, lineage, and reconciliation.
• Data Security: ensure compliance with security, privacy, and accuracy standards.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Support & consult internal business clients on reports, dashboards and data analysis.
• Collaboration: work closely with business owners, technology partners and vendors.
• Continuous Learning: embrace emerging technologies to innovate and future-proof data solutions.

Key Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Systems Analysis or related roles.
• Ability to communicate findings clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with data modeling, design patterns, and data architecture best practices.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to troubleshoot issues and develop functional solutions.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).

WORKPLACE: Hybrid - Narbuto g. 5, Vilnius / home office

Monthly salary is discussed during work interview. The final level of the salary will depend on competences displayed and results achieved. The salary may be further negotiable for candidates of outstanding competence and qualification.

Monthly salary range is 3800-4700 euro/month bruto.
