We are seeking a Lead .NET Developer with a strong background in cloud-native development on the Azure platform. In this role, you’ll guide a talented team, lead development efforts, and deliver robust enterprise applications. While experience with AI
tools like Microsoft Copilot and Azure OpenAI is a plus, the primary focus will be designing and building modern, scalable solutions tailored to our clients’ needs.

What do you bring with you?
- 8+ years of experience with .NET development, including recent versions
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with Azure services and architecture
- Experience integrating and building cloud native solutions
- Able to lead and mentor development teams, and translate business goals into tech solutions
- Comfortable in fast-paced, customer-driven projects with Agile delivery
- Clear communicator and proactive problem solver
- Bonus: Azure certifications (AZ-204, AZ-305), AI-related experience or certifications
- Work with the latest Microsoft technologies, including AI and Copilot

- Solid proficiency in Microsoft cloud platform, including Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, and OpenAI integration.
- Proven ability to design and deploy enterprise-grade AI agents or copilots.
- Solid understanding of natural language processing, prompt engineering, and conversational design.
- Solid understanding of data handling, API integration, and enterprise security practices.
- Experience with Power Platform, Azure Functions, or Logic Apps is a plus.
- Understanding of AI governance, privacy, and lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with software development or DevOps environments is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in data, AI, or automation consulting, preferably in a Microsoft environment.
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., AI-102, PL-500, Azure AI Engineer Associate) are highly valued.
- Dutch and/or English fluency required.
