We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Customer domain, a strategic area focused on delivering exceptional experiences and driving business growth through customer-centric solutions. In this role, you'll work closely with design, engineering, analytics, marketing, and sales to identify opportunities, deliver impactful products, and continuously improve the way we serve our customers.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute product strategies aligned with customer needs and business objectives.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement through discovery, experimentation, and analysis.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-quality solutions at speed.
- Use data and research to validate ideas and track impact post-launch.
- Define success metrics, measure performance, and iterate for continuous improvement
- Product management experience, ideally in SaaS, marketplaces, or B2B2C platforms.
- Proven success in delivering measurable business impact.
- Strong discovery skills with experience in experimentation and user research.
- Analytical and strategic mindset with a balance of vision and execution.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- At a minimum we require conversational level English language skills. Why? English is our company language and is used for any business-wide communications, so we need you to be able to speak English to feel like an integrated part of Booksy
