Fancy working on the cutting edge of web technology? We’re looking for a Lead Software Engineer to lead and drive some of our most ambitious and interactive web-based projects yet. You need to have the confidence and skill set to collaborate across multiple departments, taking innovative ideas all the way from a spark of inspiration to a fully functioning web experience. In this role you will
- Lead a small team of engineers and drive projects.
- Plan, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications.
- Work on varied projects, developing features and improvements for existing websites.
- Develop interactive web pages that capture the spark of gameplay experiences and translate it to the web.
- Work closely with teams across the company to transform new ideas into functional websites.
- Research, investigate, and introduce new technologies.
What we’re looking for
- Experience with at least one modern Javascript framework (Vue 3, React, or Angular).
- Excellent knowledge of Typescript, Node.js, and NestJS.
- Experience in project management.
- Ability to learn and embrace new technologies.
- Positive, make-it-happen, lead-by-example attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently as part of a dynamic team.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in the English language (both written and spoken).
Your experience
- Experience in a similar technical role.
- At least 3 years of experience building full-stack web applications.
- Experience in writing efficient, clear, reusable code, and in following best practices for software development.
