The Role
As a Frontend Software Engineer at Kalipso, you'll join our small, high-delivery team focusing on your main area: backend, frontend, full stack, or data and AI. You'll build the core systems that major financial institutions depend on to accelerate their business and save millions a year.

The Role
As a Frontend Software Engineer at Kalipso, you'll join our small, high-delivery team focusing on your main area: backend, frontend, full stack, or data and AI. You'll build the core systems that major financial institutions depend on to accelerate their business and save millions a year.
What you will be doing:
- Build core features in your specialty - backend systems, intuitive frontends, data pipelines, or advanced AI
- We believe that every employee deserves to understand the problem first hand, hence, you will get the opportunity to meet our clients and build what they truly want
- Design and implement systems that handle sensitive confidential documents at scale
- Collaborate closely with founders and our tight-knit engineering team
- Write clean, maintainable code that meets the highest security and compliance standards
- Shape product direction based on real customer feedback
- Proficient in Python, TypeScript, Go, or similar modern languages
- Comfortable working with APIs, databases, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Bonus if you have experience with AI/ML, legal tech, or financial services
- Ideally have at least 2 years of experience, or can demonstrate strong skills in your area
