What will you do?

The work involves designing and implementing AI solutions aligned with business needs and technological standards. It includes applying techniques like Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to improve the precision and relevance of AI interactions, as well as developing Agentic RAGs, which incorporate autonomous agents to refine data retrieval and content generation. The development of AI agents and agent networks, capable of solving complex problems and interacting with each other, is central to the process. Tools such as LangChain are used to create modular architectures for agents specializing in tasks like information retrieval, contextual inference, and data-driven decision-making. Large Language Models (LLMs) such as Gemini and Llama are leveraged for tasks like text generation and question answering, with added security measures to ensure appropriate content.

Additionally, the work involves designing and managing data ingestion pipelines, implementing serverless architectures and Pub/Sub models to scale data intake, and using DevOps and MLOps practices for automating the deployment and management of AI models. APIs are integrated to connect AI models with external systems and to register events and metadata. Performance optimization includes analyzing system performance, detecting bottlenecks, and implementing caching strategies to improve response times. The strategy also emphasizes collaboration with designers and product teams to ensure AI solutions meet real business and user needs, while maintaining innovation through continuous research and experimentation with new AI technologies.

What do we value?

Essential:

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, and R.
• Experience with AI frameworks and libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
• Advanced knowledge of LLMs and their applications.
• Experience with RAG techniques and Agentic RAGs.
• Development of agent-based systems and tools like LangChain.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud, AWS, and Azure, including AI services.
• Familiarity with containers and microservices (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of data ingestion and processing.
• Experience in API development and integration.
• Knowledge of databases, including vector databases.
• Skills in DevOps and MLOps for automating and managing the AI model lifecycle.
