As a Blockchain/Product Analyst, you will play a key role in turning complex blockchain and DeFi data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions and product innovation. You will analyze on-chain and off-chain datasets, monitor network and protocol performance, and support growth strategies across decentralized finance products. Working in a fully remote, distributed environment, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build dashboards, models, and reporting frameworks that inform business and technical decisions. Accountabilities
In this role, you will:
- Analyze large, complex datasets to derive strategic insights on blockchain networks, staking flows, and protocol performance
- Develop models, dashboards, and reporting tools to monitor validator activity, user behavior, and product metrics
- Conduct exploratory and root-cause analyses to understand ecosystem changes and performance shifts
- Investigate network economics, user incentives, and staking opportunities to support growth and revenue strategies
- Translate complex data findings into actionable insights and present them clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Build scalable data pipelines and frameworks to enhance internal decision-making
- Collaborate across teams to support product development, research initiatives, and business strategy
To succeed in this role, you should bring:
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, research, or strategic roles within tech, fintech, or crypto
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python for analyzing large, complex datasets
- Strong business acumen and analytical problem-solving skills to convert ambiguous problems into clear recommendations
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Superset, Metabase, Looker, or Tableau
- Experience building and maintaining data pipelines with tools like dbt, Airflow, or equivalent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Bonus: prior experience in Web3, blockchain analytics platforms (Dune Analytics, The Graph, Flipside), staking protocols, validator infrastructure, or DeFi analytics
