Blockchain/Product Analyst (Remote - Anywhere)

As a Blockchain/Product Analyst, you will play a key role in turning complex blockchain and DeFi data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions and product innovation. You will analyze on-chain and off-chain datasets, monitor network and protocol performance, and support growth strategies across decentralized finance products. Working in a fully remote, distributed environment, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build dashboards, models, and reporting frameworks that inform business and technical decisions. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on solving ambiguous problems, leveraging data, and shaping the future of crypto finance.

Accountabilities

In this role, you will:

• Analyze large, complex datasets to derive strategic insights on blockchain networks, staking flows, and protocol performance
• Develop models, dashboards, and reporting tools to monitor validator activity, user behavior, and product metrics
• Conduct exploratory and root-cause analyses to understand ecosystem changes and performance shifts
• Investigate network economics, user incentives, and staking opportunities to support growth and revenue strategies
• Translate complex data findings into actionable insights and present them clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Build scalable data pipelines and frameworks to enhance internal decision-making
• Collaborate across teams to support product development, research initiatives, and business strategy
  
  
  

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should bring:

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, research, or strategic roles within tech, fintech, or crypto
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python for analyzing large, complex datasets
• Strong business acumen and analytical problem-solving skills to convert ambiguous problems into clear recommendations
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Superset, Metabase, Looker, or Tableau
• Experience building and maintaining data pipelines with tools like dbt, Airflow, or equivalent
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Bonus: prior experience in Web3, blockchain analytics platforms (Dune Analytics, The Graph, Flipside), staking protocols, validator infrastructure, or DeFi analytics
