About The Role
We are currently looking for a Web3 Business Builder who will have an essential role in building our ventures from their conceptualization till their establishment and early scaling.
The ideal candidate combines entrepreneurial experience with hands-on knowledge of the venture design journey, having applied methodologies such as design thinking, customer development, or lean startup, and having succeeded, and sometimes failed, in the process. Consulting experience is highly valued, as structured thinking and the ability to turn ideas into solid, well-articulated proposals are essential qualities we seek in our builders as well.

What You’ll Do
As a Business Builder, you will be part of the operations team devoted to giving birth to our new ventures. Specifically, you will:
- Market research & solution conceptualization: Identify user needs, develop insights, generate business ideas, and design user journeys.
- Pitch and storytelling: Craft compelling presentations, pitch decks, and communication materials to present and defend your ideas.
- Business validation: Build and test prototypes, MVPs, and validation experiments using no-code tools and real-world user testing.
- Iterate & pivot: Use the lean startup mindset to continuously iterate business models and reach problem–solution fit quickly.
- Startup support: Work closely with the founding teams, taking on cross-functional responsibilities as needed (Marketing, Ops, HR, etc.).
- Strategic contribution: Participate in cross-functional initiatives across the Tritemius Group to help position the company as a leading Web3 player in Spain, Europe, and Latin America.
- Start Date: October 2024
- Location: Madrid (office presence with remote flexibility)
- Contract: Permanent
- Languages: Advanced spanish and english required
- Experience Level: Mid (3–4 years)
- Salary: Based on profile
The ideal candidate brings a strong mix of entrepreneurial drive, structured thinking, and Web3 enthusiasm. Specifically:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field. MBA is a plus.
- 3–4 years of experience in innovation consulting, business strategy, corporate innovation, or business development.
- 2+ years of entrepreneurial experience (as founder, team member in a startup or venture builder, or through side projects)
- Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
- Experience with methodologies like design thinking, lean startup, or customer development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for user-centric design and value proposition development.
- Comfortable preparing and delivering effective presentations.
- Solid understanding of the Web3 landscape (DeFi, NFTs, tokenization, DAOs, DSoc, Metaverse, etc.).
- Hands-on with no-code tools like Figma, Notion, Shopify — or others you can bring to the table.
- Curious, creative, autonomous, and eager to learn every day.
