One of the fastest-growing premium sportswear brands is seeking a Senior Lead Reporting & Analytics, to join the newly established Integrated End-to-End Planning team. With your business partnering experience and your top-notch analytical skills, you will shape and own the analytical backbone of our global supply chain — steering how we define, measure, and optimize performance across planning, transportation, logistics, and inventory. You will lead and develop a team of analysts, partner closely with Supply Chain leadership, and design scalable business rules and tools that enable data-driven decision making across the organization. Critical to the success of this role is a collaborative and curious mindset, a desire to influence On’s growth journey and an ability to understand your audience and communicate your message clearly.
Your mission
- Lead and develop the Supply Chain Business Analytics team (including Business and Reporting Analysts), fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Own On’s supply chain approach to utilising AI / ML across supply chain analytics and planning, developing strategies and test cases for On to leverage AI.
- Own On’s supply chain analytical framework: from definition of KPIs and allocation logic to development of business rules that connect planning, logistics, and demand.
- Guide the design and implementation of tools that support On’s IBP, S&OP, and S&OE cycles, ensuring cross-functional teams have clear and actionable insights.
- Drive alignment between data across multiple platforms - including on-hand inventory data, forecasts and projections — ensuring a single, trusted source of truth for On’s supply chain decision making.
- Partner with senior supply chain and cross-functional leaders to steer strategic decision-making with data-driven insights and business case development.
- Oversee and prioritize ad hoc analyses and deep dives, challenging existing practices and ensuring recommendations are translated into measurable improvement.
- Collaborate with the centralized Data team to define the methodology and logic for measuring supply chain KPIs and performance metrics.
- Represent Supply Chain Analytics in cross-functional forums, acting as the bridge between technical data teams and business stakeholders.
- 8-10 years of experience in supply chain analytics, business analysis, or related data-driven roles, ideally in a global, fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of leading teams and developing talent in analytics or business performance functions
- Strong expertise in supply chain processes: planning, logistics, transportation, and inventory management
- Skilled at translating complex data into business rules, strategies, and decision-making frameworks
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets capabilities, with hands-on experience in BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI. Data modelling skills a distinct advantage
- Excellent communicator and storyteller — able to engage senior leadership and non-technical teams with clarity and influence
- Strategic mindset with a pragmatic, hands-on approach — equally comfortable setting vision and diving into detail when needed
- Fluent in English, with outstanding collaboration skills and a drive to deliver impact in complex environments
