What is StoreSprint?
To understand better what we do, imagine working in a store. When you come to work, you need to keep track of daily workflows, routine tasks and issues. If you work in a typical store, you might need to check off long checklists in Excel, check your schedule in a calendar app and speak with colleagues in a chat app. Most likely, you will have to work in a plethora of different tools that don’t fit well together.
The problem is that this experience is extremely messy for the employee. StoreSprint is the one stop shop for co-worker productivity. We are today used by 15,000 employees in companies like ICA, Rusta, Coop, and Hemköp. These organizations use our platform to make sure that everything is running efficiently. We provide a product that covers everything a typical employee needs to do during the day. No more moving from spreadsheets to WhatsApp and logging time in a third tool.
Our focus from the start has always been to win by providing the best user experience. To keep delivering on that promise, we need an infrastructure that scales smoothly, performs reliably, and can be trusted to handle critical retail operations. That’s where you come in.
Your typical day
Our culture is low on processes and high on agency. We will give you ownership. On a typical day, you might:
- Design and implement backend services in Node.js/TypeScript that scale with tens of thousands of daily users.
- Work with GraphQL and Prisma to optimize queries, schemas and data flows.
- Develop and expand our APIs and integration capabilities to enable ecosystem growth and seamless connections with partners, retailers, and third-party tools.
- Ensure our platform runs reliably on Google Cloud Run, with a strong focus on scalability, monitoring, and performance.
- Strengthen authentication and security using Auth0.
- Build CI/CD-pipelines
- Improve observability with tools like Sentry and Posthog, and refine deployment pipelines.
- Collaborate with frontend engineers (React Native) and product teams to ship new features end-to-end.

- Experience working in a product-led organization.
- Strong backend experience with Node.js and TypeScript.
