About The Role
As a Fullstack Developer at Web Manuals, you’ll be part of our dedicated Engineering Team, working closely with and reporting to our Director of Engineering. The team includes experienced Senior Developers, Fullstack Developers, a Software Testing team, and a System Administrator. Together, we collaborate daily in a supportive, fast-paced environment, following the kanban-model for agile development.

About The Role
As a Fullstack Developer at Web Manuals, you’ll be part of our dedicated Engineering Team, working closely with and reporting to our Director of Engineering. The team includes experienced Senior Developers, Fullstack Developers, a Software Testing team, and a System Administrator. Together, we collaborate daily in a supportive, fast-paced environment, following the kanban-model for agile development.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain high-performance, scalable, and reliable Java applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration.
- Identify and address performance bottlenecks, bugs, and other issues.
- Document own code and participate in all development processes.
- Minimum bachelor's degree within software development, alternatively experience that are considered equivalent.
- A few years of professional web development experience.
- Excellent knowledge of Java and JavaScript/typescript languages.
- Excellent communication skills in English, as it is our corporate language.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with Angular framework and/or SQL databases is a plus.
- Attention to detail.
- A strong work ethic.
- Motivation to tackle challenges head-on.
- A curious, forward-thinking approach to innovation.
- A collaborative spirit and team-oriented attitude.
- Start date: ASAP (flexible)
- Location: Malmö
- Work extent: Full-time
- Flexibility: 25% per month
