What You’ll Do

• Help build a platform that makes the grid intelligent
• Drive projects and exploratory work, often leading initiatives and guiding other engineers along the way
• Uncover, research, and create solutions for a Greenfield product
• Shape and build everything from scratch, turning your hand to multiple technical solutions
• Contribute to the business growth and culture
• Bring new ideas, speak transparently, and bring intelligence to a complex industry

Who You Are

• Strong Computer Science fundamentals
• Successful experience on creating and maintaining Golang services in production environment
• Curious – constantly learning, ready to research and jump into something new; curiosity drives us to find and solve problems
• Passion to break new ground, be challenged, and push your boundaries in learning a new industry
• Experienced, or driven enough, to self-sufficiently uncover, explore, and build solutions end-to-end—aligning with business goals and supporting teammates as they develop and perform their tasks
• Comfortable digging into partner documentation to discover opportunities to integrate or improve our own APIs, creating new capabilities
• Enjoys bouncing ideas with business and product teams to shape the best path forward
• Strong sense of ownership for their work and impact across the company; can work independently and involve others when needed
• Honest and open: speaks up when something is right or wrong, gives and accepts feedback
• Willing and able to be in our very cool Stockholm office
• Interesting and fun to be around; a nice to have for some, a must have for us
