Senior C# Developer

About The Role

We are looking for a BE-heavy Fullstack Developer to help shape the future of Wisentics core platform Arbit - a system that helps insurance companies, and their customers, manage administrative processes within claims handling, auto glass claims, and pet insurance more efficiently. You will be instrumental in driving the technical development, making key design decisions, and helping in reducing legacy while building a sustainable, future-proof SaaS product.

Key Responsibilities

• Here, you’ll play a key role in taking Arbit to the next level. As part of a small development team, you’ll help create solutions that truly make an impact — both for today’s users and for the future.
• Design, develop, and maintain backend systems using .NET 8 and newer versions.
• Collaborate with the development team to make informed technical decisions and lead modernization initiatives.
• Enhance balance by integrating new features into existing systems.
• Engage with product and business teams to understand customer needs and deliver impactful solutions.
• Reduce technical debt and contribute to establishing a scalable, maintainable architecture.
  
  

About You

We are looking for a proactive and solution-oriented individual who:

• Has extensive experience in .NET/C# backend development, preferably within SaaS and microservices environments.
• Is comfortable working across the full stack and open to engaging with frontend technologies like Angular.
• Possesses experience with cloud platforms, with a preference for Azure.
• Can independently break down complex user stories and lead technical initiatives.
• Is curious, eager to learn, and stays updated on modern technology trends.
