We’re now looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our team in Stockholm, Sweden.

Your mission

As our Senior Product Designer, you’ll oversee the full product design process – from early concepts to final implementation. You’ll take ownership of the customer journey across all touchpoints, ensuring that every interaction with Bruce is seamless, intuitive, and delightful. Working closely with our CPO, product managers, tech, support, and marketing teams, you’ll combine strategy, research, and design execution to create product experiences that both meet user needs and drive business impact.

What You´ll Do

• Lead the implementation of our product design strategy (together with our CPO)
• Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity solutions for mobile and web
• Ensure all customer-facing design delivers excellent usability and experience
• Conduct user research and gather insights from data and support teams
• Define relevant KPIs to measure the impact of new product features
• Own and refine the customer journey across all channels and products
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, tech, marketing, and support
• Facilitate seamless handoffs to development teams and ensure QA of design delivery
• Stay up-to-date with design tools, trends, and AI-driven workflows (Figma Make, Lovable, etc.)
  
  

What We Want You To Bring

• 7–10 years of experience in UX, UI and product design (SaaS or mobile apps a strong plus)
• A strong portfolio showcasing user-centered, strategic, and innovative design work
• Mastery of modern design tools (Figma is our core)
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, customer journey mapping and data-informed design
• Excellent communication skills in English (Scandinavian language a plus)
• Degree in design, HCI, or related field; certifications in design thinking/UX research
• Bonus: interest in fitness and wellness is a plus
