About The Role

For us, a Digital Designer is a hybrid, with one foot in form and the other in function. A respect for code and technology is just as important as a solid understanding of UX and UI, and on top of that, you have an eye for details in typography, color, and layout.

You will work closely with our design, development and commercial teams on real projects an collaborations with our clients. One day you might support other designers, the next, you could be implementing a new brand on an e-commerce site alongside an Art Director.

We value curiosity and a genuine interest in understanding our clients’ businesses, their goals, and their target audiences. By combining creativity with strategic thinking, you’ll contribute to creating user-centered designs that deliver both exceptional aesthetics and measurable results.

To succeed in this role, you should have solid knowledge of Figma and a desire to explore how design impacts business outcomes.
