The Role
As part of Aidoni Group, you will take on a role that combines Scrum Master leadership with hands-on technical expertise. You’ll work in a team following DevSecOps principles, guiding developers and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders – including other Scrum Masters, Support teams, Business Analysts, and Testers.
Your focus will be to:
- Lead and coach teams within the SAFe framework, using Program Increments as the structure.
- Drive daily follow-ups and ensure alignment with Release Train Engineers and Product - Owners.
- Support the delivery of backend services within a telematics platform – covering areas such as Over-the-Air (OTA) updates.
- Balance multiple initiatives while fostering a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.
We are looking for someone who thrives on both leadership and technical problem-solving.
You bring:
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master.
- A Java development background.
- Experience with AWS (highly valued).
- Knowledge of Linux, Git, and Spring Boot (a plus).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to align diverse stakeholders.
- A passion for creating sustainable, robust solutions while supporting team growth.
